Polite and excellent salesperson. Showed us the product we needed and explained the policies to us, ie. returns, warranty, etc. Great experience. Will definitely shop there again.
I tried to make a return on a charge cord 2 hrs after purchasing, only to be told that “charging accessories are non-returnable”. On my receipt it says all accessories are returnable for 7 days, and it does not distinguish between types of accessories such as charge cords or cases. When I explained how a purchase contract works to the salesperson, they said it was a store policy that cords couldn’t be returned, I asked him to show me the policy where it says that, because my purchase receipt says accessories are returnable. He said he couldn’t show me the policy but that his manager told him that. I asked for a manager, to which he said no manager was available, or could be called. Clearly they do not understand their policy is written on the sales receipt, and if they don’t want to allow “charging” accessory returns, it needs to be printed on the purchase receipt. It’s unfortunate that they make bogus claims without any documentation to support. I would avoid.
Very bad experience, I had some water damage and they said they'll dry it out but the store has no ac and it was very hot tha that day and once she opened my phone it wiped out my mother board and my phone would work just for like 2 minutes but that's it, and when I got it back it's been green and glitcing and still made Pay 40$ for labor fees when she messed up my Phone. When I went to pay 40 $ fot the labor fees. When they gave me phone back it was barely even screwed on right and was about OPEN?! When I asked them for another phone repair shop because my phone doesnt work i have no navigation they said they didn't have any when there's one like 2 mins walk away. But I when I go to ALOHA PHONE REPAIR, they had ac and put my phone in a something that dried it out compared to that humid store trying to dry and destroy my phone. Do not recommend they will not help u in any way and only care about there profit.
Sean was very helpful when I walked in with my phone. The charging port was not working properly, and he was able to fix it within seconds. I purchased a new screen protector and case, and he put on both for me. The entire process took about 15 minutes—quick, easy, and efficient. If you're looking for a reliable cellular repair and service shop, this is the one I would most recommend.
Got my nord300 screen fixed because it was cracked. I went in store and they ordered the screen took like a week. Total was 125$. Cool staff.
