Trit house is a furniture store that sells very beautiful quality pieces that will make your house and any place very pretty. This store is very pleasant to browse around. There are plenty of things for everyone taste. Nice and very knowledgeable staff in particular Liz, she is very kind and helpful & responsive to any inquiries.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Shaun and the service was excellent. We only communicated via text message and he made everything extremely easy and his responses were fast and informative. He had one of the furniture items I had wanted customised for me and the quote was provided the same day with everything exactly how I had wanted it. I would highly recommend this store as they have some lovely pieces and I have also received great service in the Cremorne store. I would not hesitate to buy more pieces from Trit House in future.
The furniture itself and the in-store service were excellent; however, the post-sales experience was extremely disappointing. Our table was damaged during assembly, and our walls were also damaged in the process. The exchange process was far more difficult than it needed to be, and the damage to our walls was never addressed or resolved. It was also frustratingly difficult to speak with anyone directly, as communication was limited to text or email only. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations and as a result I would not shop at tritt house again.

Edited: unfortunately had to drop my rating from 5 to 3 as we discovered after they left they had knocked over three stakes and tomato plants in our garden and fully uprooted one stake and tomato plant. It’s just one plant so it’s not a big deal and mistakes happen but I am more disappointed that the team didn’t own up to their mistake and then I could have fixed the problem. Huge thank you to John, Tommy, and Huy for their thoughtful delivery and assembly of our huge, heavy dining table. Particularly appreciate the care they took looking after our newly installed floorboards and being mindful while installing and constructing the table. We are all ready to host Christmas lunch thanks to the Trit team!!
