My partner and I had such a lovely experience at Cullen with Regan. It was our first time looking/trying on wedding bands. Our appointment went seamlessly, and Regan was calm and helpful and we didn’t feel pressured in any way. I had a wonderful experience at Cullen Jewellery. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help without being pushy. The range of jewellery was beautiful, and the highest quality. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the care taken to explain materials, stones, and pricing clearly. Our sales consultant, Mia was absolutely amazing and can not recommend her highly enough. From the first consultation to the final result, I could not have gone to a better place. Made me feel at ease knowing I was getting not only the best quality ring but ensuring my proposal and choice of diamond was perfect. Not to mention how clean and presentable the showroom/consultation room was, it exceeded my expectations. Will definitely come back for the wedding bands! I would like to thank Trinity for helping me choose the style and Connie for the collection/aftercare. Really took the weight off my shoulders. The ring looks too good !!!
Had an initial consultation with Kit to help me upgrade my engagement ring, which holds a lot of sentimental value for me. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel completely comfortable. There was no rushing, no pressure, and definitely no pushy sales vibe, just genuine care and interest in helping me find something I’d truly love. What I really appreciated was how considered and respectful she was of my taste. She took detailed notes throughout (even noting that I liked hidden halos!) and kept bringing out different options for us to look at, making sure I had plenty of ideas to explore. It honestly felt less like a sales appointment and more like chatting with a friend about rings, which was such a refreshing experience. Kit was knowledgeable, honest, and made the whole process enjoyable. We were so happy with the experience that we actually purchased the ring on the spot. And I was really impressed that she made sure all the little details I loved were included in my design. Another big plus: being able to watch the jewellers at work in-house. Seeing the craftsmanship up close was mesmerising and gave me even more confidence in the quality of the piece I was choosing. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Kit and the team at Cullen more highly, such a great experience from start to finish. Can't wait to see my ring in November!
I had the absolute most amazing time at my consultation with Kit today! She was so lovely and really took the time to explain everything in the right amount of detail. I felt so welcomed by her and she really knew what she was talking about. The space is truly beautiful and easy to get to.
