The most professional and caring staff that helped me immensely during my tendon repair surgery recovery. Anthony is the most caring, consistent, incredible multi-tasker, and just all around positive physical therapist. Chris, again, all great things to say about him. Vivi, Catheryn and Rosie at the front desk, appointment and managerial tasks were warm, personal and always (over a four month period) made me feel so welcome. I'll be forever thankful to this A-Team.
The best place to be if you seriously need physical therapy. I have been at Twin Boro 266 Chestnut Street, Newark, NJ 07105 , almost three years and have finished my last week and I humbly appreciate everyone who assisted me in my recovery . They have the best therapist Anthony, Ricky (Happy), Chris, Thanelie. and Aisha (Slay). Also, the staff is awesome! Katherin the office manager runs a tight ship and makes sure everyone has their schedules and always follows up with your doctor to make sure you receive the best possible outcome. The PT Assistants BB, Sheyla, and Kendal who make things run smoothly with the clients in assisting them and the therapists. The entire team makes you feel like family and give you the best and upmost care and respect as well as for each other.
I can’t say enough good things about this place! The staff is absolutely great, with special shoutouts to PT doc Anthony for his expert care and genuine kindness, and Katherin at the front desk for being welcoming, efficient, and always ready with a smile. From the moment you walk in, you feel valued and supported. If you’re looking for topnotch service and a team that truly cares, I really recommend this place you won’t be disappointed!
From the beginning when I started my therapy I was greeted with a wonderful receptionist Katherin. She explained to me the process and paperwork I had to fill out. Very professional and caring. Met with Anthony (therapist) who evaluated and ask me question regarding my injury. From there he knew what exercise I had to do for a quick recovery. Also met Christopher (therapist) who also took good care of me. Both therapist cared and assist with my recovey. Kendall the assistant was also helpful, very attentive with patients. Would recommend this location to family and friends.
I truly appreciate all staff. From the front desk to the therapist. Very welcoming helpful. Christ is my main therapist ; he is my focus and helpful. I have Anthony from time to time and he works differently in a good way too that compliment the all process. Sometimes they have other fantastic therapist as covers. I have a good and friendly experience from twin boro staff 🙏🙏❤️
