Came in to see if they could repair an iPhone SE 3. They tested it and even put new battery in. Found out it was the motherboard. They didn't charge me and put everything back together. Will come back for all repairs in the future. They gave honest answers to customers coming in too. Seems like new management. Very personable staff. Shout-out to Tristan G. Repairman on my case, won my future business.

They were awesome to me. They helped me and my mom. My screen was fixed in no time at all and it was less than what they quoted. I thank the nice gentleman's that helped us out. My mom signed up for there insurance and we are very satisfied. Thank you. Jena

UPDATED: I am actually impressed. This review is solely for Britian who managed to save the day by making things right and returning my battery and even recognizing I know exactly what I am talking about, and back tracked everything, easing my mind with no stress and reassembling my laptop with ease. A. I dropped off my Acer Swift 3 2022 version on Monday September 15, 2025 at 6:15 PM . Last time I dropped off a device to be fixed I got a receipt with a tracking number, this time I did not. B. I followed up on September 23rd to see if any progress was made with no reply. The second time I followed up I asked my husband to call. This was on Friday October 10th, and then again on Tuesday October 14th, which he told me "The piece they got to fix the computer is defective so they had to order another one. They’re hoping will be by the end of the week." Then yesterday I asked my husband to call again and he said that they told him they couldnt fix it and it's ready to be picked up. Today he went to go pick it up. During no point of this process did anyone choose to reach out and update on what was happening. It was always me pestering my husband week by week to reach out and bother you. C. I had originally dropped off my laptop with the charger that came with it. When they handed my husband my laptop, they did not hand him my charger. So they went to go find it and proceeded to give him the wrong charger. So they went back and 20 minutes later gave him the correct charger. Im usually pretty understanding. But im also a little curious as to why this was a difficult task and feel insecure when things start to feel like im not in good hands. Understand I am also a technician who deals with technology in my job daily and am very knowledgable on almost all devices. I deal mostly with software and updates, and internal things. So when it comes to repairs that need to be made to chips or parts, I hand it off to someone more knowledgeable than myself trusting and seeking help from good expert hands. Before I handed my device off to you, I did upwards of about 30+ hours of research and analysis on my own to try and fix it as I am very determined to find solutions without any help. I opened my laptop using the skills and knowledge I already have knowing I had to open it with a special tool as well. What you dont know is I already inspected every part internally that contributes to the functionality and housing of the laptop before handing it over. This includes every small screw as well, which would make the grand total 13 tiny screws including the 2 that housed the battery down securely. (MISSING) And the 11 that secured the bottom of the laptop... ( 2 on the back also missing) D. My battery is missing. I would very much so like it back. Please return it, and I will happily fix this review to 4 stars instead of 1 or even delete it. let me make something clear. It IS OK to take things apart to inspect and repair. It is NOT OK to return a device to someone without ALL of it's original housing without the intention of fixing it. Should you choose to say "im sorry, this is unrepairable" that is so understandable and completely fine. but it is NOT understandable or completely fine to return a device to someone without the parts that were originally there to make it function properly in the housing of the device. Even if it doesn't work, your job is to rightfully return all pieces to the original owner or customer. Please just tell me you cant fix it next time. Instead of prolonging it. Or even just tell me up front " im sorry, for reasonable concern we dont want to break your laptop even more ma'am, so unfortunately we cannot take your device today." I would have totally understood if you had told me that. Because that is what I would have done if you were my customer. Now I am forced to either bite the bullet of a missing battery to try and find one that is the same model number and not used for potential repair, or buy a new 2022 acer swift 3 to house my RAM from this one....which is $600.

Came in for a simple screen fix. Finish date kept pushing back on a daily had to have a friend pick it up on day of deployment and he brought it right to the hangar. In the plane realised screen was installed the wrong way with the sticker inside! Screen doesnt turn on just shows grey completeley messed up my Ipad. Avoid it!

So I’m not sure why this place is getting bad reviews regarding the amount of time it took to repair their device. I think it’s important to consider that when it comes to tech, you can’t always anticipate exactly how long a repair might take. Regardless, my experience couldn’t have been further from what some are saying they experienced. I visited the store on 09/22/25 to repair my AirPod case. There were two guys working the front and both were friendly, helpful and attentive. And the service was incredibly fast. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and had me out the door within 10 minutes of me walking in. I would recommend this place to other people. They seem to be very knowledgeable and they’re professional and fair. I think that’s the best you can hope for when you’re paying for services. And anyway, people are too dang impatient these days. Good service sometimes takes time. Give them a try.
