This place is amazing! Whether you are craving hibachi or sushi you won't be disappointed! My family and I have become regulars at this spot. Rex is the best server you can get this side of the Mississippi River! He is attentive, so kind and has a zest for life that is contagious. The food is always fresh, hot, and spot on (even if you make deviations to what is on the menu) We usually sit in the restaurant area and this past week we picked the hibachi tables to change it up!! We were all entertained and the kids had a blast catching the shrimp when the chef flung them their way! If I could give this place a 10 star I would. Thanks Umi and Rex for being dynomite!!! See you next week.

Maybe don't go on Christmas day. There was a definite shortage of staff. We had a 7 pm RESERVATION and still waited another 39 - 45 minutes for a table. However, the staff that was there made the best of it. Interesting menu options of sorta splitting a hibachi meal combo with another person. It is a pretty good deal, just remember you are splitting the protein. The chef was a bit tired and it showed. Again, he seemed to be making the best of a very long day. Probably worth it in most days. Did I already say don't go on Christmas day?

This place is great! We tried their lunch special and it’s really worth for the price. A robot delivers food to the table, which is a classic touch.

I let my pictures speak for themselves 🥰. I ordered the 16 piece sashimi chefs choice combination B, and my son got the green dragon roll. Our server Rex was the sweetest, the sushi chef made eye contact with us tru the night to ensure we were satisfied, so I give this place a 20/10 on everything : fresh sashimi ( never frozen ) , best sushi chefs in town, sweet staff and attentive, high quality food , nice ambiance etc … A definitely must try 💕

I came in at 4: 08 and was seated at 4:08. Appetizers were ordered immediately after arrival and came out perfectly. The chef later came out he was very entertaining. The food was perfectly cooked and a nice quantity will return
