I wasted my time hoping the information on the website was accurate. It says 24/7, but that’s far from the truth—everything was closed and nobody answered the phone. Therefore, yes, I will be giving it one star for wasting my time.
CLOSED at 830pm on a Sunday night. No parking anywhere, no one answered phone.
Jamie is a super human. I called last minute with an unusual request and he got to me real quick. NOW i will say this place specialized in legal and medical documents for HIGH VOLUME ITEMS. LIKE BOATLOADS OF PAGES AT ALL TIMES. And yes, the doors lock at 5 PM, but they are there if you call them. If not, you can E-mail them which is listed on their website. They are super responsive.
I highly recommend this place. I called the representative on Sunday, and I was able to schedule a time to have my documents copied and scanned during the coronavirus. The copy jobs were completed in a timely matter. I did not have to wait very long. The person met me outside and escorted me into the building. All the work was performed in a timely and professional manner.
Do not let the negative reviews fool you! This place does exist! The print shop is located on the lower level of the building, so you cannot even see it from the street. Service was quick, professional, and great quality! I would highly recommend calling before-hand, especially if you will be coming before/after "regular business hours" as the building itself locks up, but they are likely still open inside!
