The staff there were super nice to me and my, family when we went to buy a bird and they, told us the species and age of the bird and, they also answered questions about my other bird they were, super nice will come again for more birds or other types of pets.
I will definitely visit again! Great information about my fish was very helpful thanks 🐠 The pet shop is upgraded looks great 😊
I go here daily the customer service is always the best, they know a lot about their animals each employee knows more about a certain animal. I have boughten 5 bearded dragons all have been healthy in fact one has just turned one and he’s super healthy. I also have gotten a blue iguana from them and honestly she was so easy to tamed she doesn’t even bother biting us and she loves to cuddle. I’ve also boughten a crested gecko but sadly she passed away after a month which I’m not sure what went wrong but it was very young. They are really good with the animals and good care but it’s very sad seeing ill bearded dragons and I can’t take them because I know they might not make it I really wish they would do rescue and then turn it back when it’s better but all there reptiles are the healthiest ever. My 1st one I bought which was April 28 2024 he was so small and now he’s so big he’s very gorgeous. Their pet food is very affordable and like I said the employees services are the best !!! I do recommend getting reptiles from them because most of them are the tamest and chillest pets ever. If I could I would purchase all of them lol. They have so much varieties oh also I recently gotten a leopard gecko from them and he’s very tamed he’s the 1st leopard gecko that’s a male who hasn’t been aggressive.
Horrible horrible horrible. Look at these pictures and the conditions in which these pets are kept! Mind you, I went on a hot day; it was 90 degrees out. If you see the picture with the birds there are 30+ of them in that small cage. The cages are filthy and not taken care of. The pictures with the hamsters drinking water were taken after I told the (RUDE) guy that they didn't have water. When he finally decided to put water all the hamsters rushed to drink some . You can see that the cage with the guinea pigs doesn't have water and the awful store workers have them sitting outside in the hot weather. If you are going to own a pet store, be responsible and ethical and not cheap!!! I understand that people need to make a living but not like this! These are living creatures! Life will not be great to you if you don't treat it well!
Overpriced but will have what you need. Some animals seem stressed while others seem alright - definitely be cautious adopting. Many of the hamsters are pregnant or gave birth when I went so be sure to make sure if you're specifically adopting a female of any kind that they are NOT PREGNANT! Chinchillas especially seemed depressed and stressed, but they are in a pet store so who knows... Expect your favorite brands to be SLIGHTLY OVERPRICED here! OH AND THEY ONLY TAKE CASH!!!
