The folks at USA Touch-Up auto body do excellent, quality work, and I highly recommend them. They are open on Saturday which makes it very convenient. I am very impressed with their work, and their estimates when the work will be finished are right on target.

Bao went beyond the call of duty--he arranged for tow service when AAA didn't come through for me :(. He expedited the order of parts and got me estimates on materials and labor costs in a timely manner. Best customer service EVER!

Just had the front bumper replaced on my car and couldn't be happier with the service! From providing the estimate to ordering the parts and getting the job done on time, the process was effortless and smooth. I like that they gave me options and explained the pros and cons of each. But best of all when I went to pick my car up, they had it waiting for me completely cleaned inside and out! (and my car was a huge mess). I was so delighted that they went above and beyond like that. Transparent pricing was another thing I liked - no surprises. Overall, I'm super happy - my car looks as good as new!

A shop that misses the last stretch of the mile. If you take in a car that's relatively flat, you'll have a good time. If you have a curvy car, you'll have a bad time. My car was there for 6 days vs initial estimate of 2 and had to cancel vacation plans. Even then, they did not deliver to expectations. Day 1-2 saw some pitting along the middle of the front bumper. Day 3 saw an odd streak along the top with circular scratches. I didn't catch this at the shop under direct light, but noticed it under garage lights. Day 4 saw pitting throughout the front bumper. This time my Toyota badge and headlight lenses lost some polish and were scratched up. They did replace the Toyota badge. Day 5-6 saw a weird line with tiny spots along the top of the front bumper. This was not noticed while at the shop, but under garage lights. Added photos as of 20 minutes after pickup on 10/28/2023. I called back and they asked me to come back to buff it. While this did improve the issue, it still persists along the middle of the top of the front bumper and left a lot of micro scratches. Added a fifth photo 20 minutes after the second pickup on 10/28/2023. I'll call on Monday to see if they can further buff and take care of the micro scratches, but I think they're almost there.
