I had an excellent experience at Vancouver Laser with the Ultralift Max treatments. Every member of the staff — Adele, Kitty, Meagan, reception and Condie — was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout the entire process. Kitty, in particular, was exceptional. She is highly skilled and made what could have been an intimidating set of procedures feel comfortable and even enjoyable. She was professional, warm, and attentive, taking the time to answer all of my questions, clearly explain each step, and let me know exactly what was happening as we went along. Her guidance and care made a huge difference in the overall experience. I truly felt well taken care of and would highly recommend Vancouver Laser to anyone considering these treatments.
I had such an amazing experience from start to finish with both Adele and Isabella. My consultation with Adele was incredibly helpful! she took the time to carefully analyze my face and skin, showing me where I could improve and explaining everything in such a clear, detailed way. She walked me through each step of the treatment I had booked, and her knowledge made me feel so confident and prepared. My facial with Isabella was just as incredible. She customized a facial cocktail tailored specifically to what my skin needed, and the entire treatment was so hydrating. After the Glass Therapy, I was literally glowing. She was so communicative and attentive, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. You can genuinely feel how much care she puts into her work. The whole team is so knowledgeable, and I’m honestly so excited to start using the skincare products that I purchased to keep my skin glowing, youthful, and forever anti-aging. ✨🤍 Highly recommend — such an amazing experience!
I had my face thread treatment done at this clinic, and it went extremely well! Dr. Martin Braun was amazing very gentle, honest, skillful, and a great listener. He clearly explained every step of the process, which made me feel at ease. The results look beautiful, and I’m already so happy with how my face looks. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and polite, and they made me feel comfortable and cared for from start to finish. Thank you so much to the doctor and the entire team. She is the primary reason I recommend this clinic so highly. Sally is an absolutely exceptional nurse. She truly listens to my concerns, deeply cares about my skin, and always goes the extra mile to make sure I get the best results possible. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine dedication make every visit such a positive experience. I trust her advice and treatments because I know she always has my best interests at heart. It took me a long time to decide to have a procedure done on my skin, mainly because I have a blood condition and Rh-, which means that any needle could cause significant bruising or even more serious complications, along with a very long downtime. However, after several years, I was fortunate enough to find Vancouver Laser and to be treated by the amazing Dr. Braun. This doctor, truly with angel hands, he genuinely cares about helping you improve and look your absolute best. Not everyone has the skill to place filler under the eyes and achieve such a natural and flawless result. Since I have a low pain tolerance, I must say the pain was almost minimal and the results are truly natural, and the swelling was almost imperceptible. After my very first filler treatment, combined with Botox, I was amazed. I had no side effects whatsoever, not even a bruise or any skin discoloration, which was something I was worried about after reading many reviews from other clinics. The whole experience went far beyond my expectations.
