Wow I have found my mechanic, practically 1-2 blocks from the CBD. They were able to take us in the same day and fix our air-conditioning, even waited, next to a Cafe made it simple. They kept us informed and it was extremely reasonable. Thank you guys for a quick and great service
I took my car to Victorian Auto Services to have my air conditioning inspected and repaired, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Frank and his team quickly identified the issue, explained the solution clearly, and fixed it at a very reasonable price. They went above and beyond by sourcing the necessary parts and had my car ready in no time. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of service and would happily return to Victorian Auto Services for any future car servicing needs.
It was a terrible experience. I left my car with this mechanic to fix an oil leak. Later, he called and suggested that I should also replace all the tyres. He charged me $550 for the oil leak repair and $800 for the tyres. When I went to pick up my car, I realised he had installed second-hand tyres instead of new ones. When I questioned him about it, he became angry and used inappropriate language. I didn’t want to leave my car there any longer, so I paid $1,000 just to get it back. After returning home, I later discovered that the car was still leaking oil. I’m extremely disappointed and have never had such an experience before. I’m planning to file a formal complaint against him. I’ve attached photos of the second-hand tyres he installed.
Cheers to Frank and the team for the top-notch service! Honest blokes, fair pricing and really know their stuff. They looked after my ute properly and kept me in the loop the whole way. Hard to find a workshop this genuine these days. Highly recommend Victorian Auto Services.
Poor service. Just give the car 2 weeks back for service. Had a issue with spark plug.No attention to detail, too expensive Never go again. Hi, In Response to your message. Please find photo of your service sticker. If you can't mantain the service history of your customer i can understand how your service will be. I urge if anyone want to visit this service center please go through the reviews.
