Absolute disgrace of a pet groomers, completely butchered my dog. Slices, cuts, and deep wounds, and fleas. This is absolutely unacceptable. And I will be reporting them.

The ladies at WAGZ are so kind and very careful with our Maya. Maya has been getting the full spa treatment at Wagz for many years now and we will never change as long as they are open. Fast, efficient and Maya comes out looking like a new lady every time. Affordable and friendly.

I had my dog and my sisters dog up for a groom today, and I have to say it was the best groom they ever had. Fantastic place and lovely welcoming staff.

Could not leave a review without using 1 star this is my dog Bailey below home from a grooming session at Wagz when he got out of the car I noticed blood on my seat as you can clearly see his bum is covered in blood. On closer inspection there is a clear slice around his anus when I collected him the lady said he had been clawing at his cage and that is why she had him at the front of the shop no mention of any injury which was clearly caused by the groomer. My dog is now distressed dragging his bum around the floor leaving blood. I have washed it with warm water as it is still dripping blood and will have to visit the vet. I understand that mishaps can happen but not to be told of his injury and being told lies about why he was front of house for pick up is totally unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I would appreciate a call as you have my number to take ownership of this incident because I can assure you I have photos that clearly show a slice around his bum and it certainly did not happen in my care he was put in my car and belted in.

So happy to get our we Staffie Taz groomed yesterday. His coat was lovely and soft and he smells beautiful now. His nails are brilliant now was glad to get them cut. Will definitely be back again.
