Everyone who works here is knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly kind! Enjoy browsing or getting pointers, they will provide great customer service tailored to your needs. Just ordered my second pair and had my first pair tightened up so beautifully it was like falling in love with them again. My rep showed me options similar to my first pair so I could change it up without straying from what works, and I ended up picking from these - they also submitted my insurance claim and made the entire process simple and painless. Beautiful store, too - it all makes you feel inspired! Thanks WP for joining SacTown!
I am very pleased with Warby-Parker. Frames and lenses are all reasonably priced. They have a large section of attractive frames. They don't push you to buy ups and extras other than what is best for your situation. The lens I've purchased have lasted a long time without scratches. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And, I'll say it again, the prices can't be beat.
AMAZING SERVICE!! Sadly, I lost a pair of glasses that I recently purchased. Truth be told, I wasn't really feelin' 'em. So, other than the price tag, I was kind of happy to go back to Warby Parker and purchase a new pair. As everyone knows, looking for the right set of glasses can be a daunting experience. And, I'm just not that type of gal who likes to shop for anything. However, I would be remiss if I did not let you know that my most recent experience was amazing. Why you might ask? It's because of Allie (Alexandria). Her customer service skills are on point! She gives you 100% of her attention and ensures that you are comfortable in your decision. If you would like, she will give you her opinion to assist with you making the best decision possible. Today is an extremely rainy day, but Allie made the sun shine for me. I encourage everyone to get their prescription from an optometrist and save some money by going to Warby Parker.
The staff at this Warby Parker were extremely kind and patient as we brought our two young boys in with us. Without skipping a beat they had coloring pages and colored pencils which for the most part kept them occupied while I tried on frames. The gal that helped me pulled a bunch of frames for me to try on and I ended up purchasing one of the frames she had selected. She made it really easy for me which is so helpful while trying to get anything done while having two kids with me in the store. Very thankful and happy with my new glasses!
