I came to Steven after a terrible experience with another realtor. I am new to the area and explained to Steven what I was looking for and what my budget was. Steven was so professional and honest. He explained to me about all the areas, what was considered safer and what was less so. When I found the property I wanted, he was able to close the deal for me within the budget I requested and even managed to improve the terms for me. Steven is so professional that he knew the paint number of the walls in the house. His experience is evident and I am so happy to have worked with him and very happy with the house I bought. I definitely recommend him and I will definitely work with Steven again.
Steven is an all-star that is the best to work with to find your dream home. He listens to find out exactly what you want and goes the extra mile to help you find it.
