Awesome company with a vast selection of quality watches and jewelry to suit the distinguished buyer. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff the builds relationships with thier customers and their community. I was very pleasantly impressed with the location, the store itself , the quality of products available, and line of exquisite products available. They also provide excellent service for high-end watches and expensive delicate jewelry. 100% best in Charlotte rating.
This store was amazing! They have such a great collection and the staff were phenomenal! Our sales woman was extremely knowledgeable about all the watch brands, their history and their movements. There’s no better place in Charlotte to buy a luxury watch!
I recently purchased a watch from Windsor Jewelers and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. I worked with David throughout the process, and his professionalism, knowledge, and overall approach made everything smooth and enjoyable. When the watch arrived, he personally called me, and when I came in to pick it up, he was already waiting and fully prepared. The level of care he provided genuinely felt like a white-glove experience. He took the time to walk me through the details of the watch, answer every question, and ensure I left feeling confident and informed. I also want to mention Jackie. I had met her a couple of times before—she’s a friend of the person who referred me—and she once again went out of her way to make the experience special. As I was leaving, she made a point to say hello, ask about my newborn, and check in on life in a way that didn’t feel forced at all. It’s the kind of personal touch you don’t get everywhere. There’s a reason so many people recommend Windsor for watch purchases. Between the expertise, the service, and the genuine relationships they build, this place stands out. I’ll absolutely continue giving them my business.

What makes Windsor stand out even more is that major brands like TAG and Breitling have company stores less than a mile away — yet I would never consider going anywhere but Windsor. Tracy took great care of my overall experience at Windsor’s. We were able to find a beautiful Tudor Black Bay timepiece that compliments my style and also commemorates a special milestone for my architecture firm, where design is intentionally expressed. Highly recommend. Thanks!!! Update: Tracy does it again! She was able to allocate a very special, hard to find timepiece to celebrate my father’s retirement. Very very very pleased with the level of attention to detail and care. Great experience. 5 stars all around!
