I have been coming to this location for years and it keeps getting better. Yesterday I had the best massage ever from Shanese - I feel like I have a new body! Her balance of focusing on the full body and target areas with perfect pressure was sublime. Looking forward to my next visit already!

I wanted to share details of my recent, exceptionally positive experience at The Woodhouse Spa in downtown St. Petersburg yesterday, where I received the best massage of my life!!! This was my first visit, but from the moment I arrived, the inviting atmosphere was noteworthy. The combination of polished wood, the pleasant aroma of essential oils, and the warm welcome from the front desk staff immediately set a relaxing tone for my visit. My spa attendant escorted me to the women's locker room, which was well-appointed with polished wood lockers, showers, and a spacious changing area. Here, I was provided with a plush robe and slides. I was particularly impressed with the quality and fit of the robe; as a plus-size individual, I often find it necessary to bring my own, but this one fit beautifully, offering a plush, weighted, and very comfortable feel. This thoughtful detail significantly enhanced my experience. The waiting room was warm, cozy, and beautifully decorated. After changing, I was met there by my masseuse, Shanese Robinson, who offered me a choice of wine. My treatment room was equally pleasant, warm, and relaxing, and I noted the inclusion of a long tub, ideal for a hot bath following the massage. Shanese gave me the absolute best massage I have ever received!!! She expertly addressed every knot, including some I hadn't even realized were there. It is clear that Shanese is an experienced and precise masseuse; her hands and fingers are truly designed for her craft. I deal with inflammation, and she demonstrated an ability to not only massage but also to seemingly take mental notes as she worked, ensuring the best possible experience and contributing to overall improvement. I highly recommend her services, especially to anyone in the St. Petersburg area seeking a truly exceptional massage.
I had an incredible prenatal massage by Whitney. I can't wait until the next one! She was so nice and welcoming and had the perfect amount of pressure for a pregnant lady like me with tight muscles. She was super knowledgeable and made me feel like I was in the best hands--literally. I also love the facials by Kerry here. She's very gentle, even with extractions, and super friendly. Pricier than some of the other places, but worth it for the quality!
