Great environment to develop yourself at your own pace. The staff are incredible and engage with everybody. They are always willing to point out things as we are all learning. Super encouraging to all clients
The trainers here are very knowledgeable and helpful. I was going up in weight on my barbell back squat and started having pain in my left knee. I told Noah about it and he showed me how to open my hips and that my knees will track properly over the feet. I did another set with no pain and added an overload set for good measure.
A really nice compact, yet fully stocked gym. Sometimes it gets busy, but never crowded. The management keeps it super clean and all the equipment is new and in great shape. Staff is super knowledgeable and very friendly!
I have been a member many gyms my entire life. Now in my seventies I can say this is one of the best clubs I have had the pleasure 🙏 of being part of. The club has numerous types of equipment and free weights for use depending on the type of workout you are wanting. It is by far the cleanest club I have ever joined. The staff including the owner, management, trainers and staff are all professional, friendly and knowledgeable. No matter your current condition from beginner to pro this is the club for you. No judgment here. Just happy members and helpful staff.
