I’ve had a very positive experience at this Workout Anytime. The facility is clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully organized, and the equipment is modern and in excellent condition, including machines you don’t always see at every gym. The location is also very convenient. From a membership standpoint, everything was clearly explained at sign-up and consistent with Workout Anytime’s corporate policies. Anytime I’ve had a question, staff has been friendly and helpful in explaining options. What really stands out is the health-driven, professional management. The focus is clearly on creating a safe, supportive environment where members of all fitness levels can train comfortably and consistently. I also appreciate the flexibility of the franchise — members typically have access to other Workout Anytime locations, which is great when traveling or when routines change. For longer-term moves or membership changes, corporate policies outline the available options, and staff has always been helpful in explaining them. Overall, it’s a professionally run gym that takes pride in maintaining a clean space, quality equipment, and a positive experience for members.
Workout Anytime in Va Beach is above the rest. Alexis and the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. Always nice to see smiling faces when I walk in. Gym is always clean and the locker room is too. All of the workout equipment is up to date and clean, as well. Never had a negative encounter with staff or members. The hydro-massage chairs are extra bonus. Nice to have 24/7 access. I highly recommended this gym to anyone, especially if you have odd work hours.
An outstanding gym experience. The facility is extremely clean, accessible 24/7, and equipped with everything you need. Lex always goes above and beyond for her members, and personal training clients. Coming from the UK to the states, Lex was one of the first people to make me feel welcome and that she genuinely cared about my overall experience. Customer support is exceptional, and the personal training services are professional and tailored to individual goals. Easily one of the best gyms I’ve been to, and would highly recommend to anyone.
I love this gym. It was recommended by a friend and I am very comfortable working out there. I am not always comfortable in gyms. It's very very clean and everyone is very friendly. They remember my name and greet me. I recently did cancel my member ship due to well.....not working out and it was a very easy process with no questions asked. If I decide to work out again I would not hesitate to come back. And the prices are reasonable. Alexis and Kirsten are both great and make you feel comfortable. Definitely recommend checking out this gym.
This gym has truly changed my life. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed like family. The environment is positive, motivating, and supportive everyone here genuinely cares about your success. The staff is top-tier and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable, encouraged, and pushed in the best way. I’ve been working with my personal trainer, Alexis, for about a year now, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better coach. She has been incredible throughout my health and fitness journey knowledgeable, patient, motivating, and truly invested in my progress. She helped me build confidence, stay consistent, and achieve real results. I love the progress I’ve made, both physically and mentally. This gym is more than just a place to work out—it’s a community. If you’re looking for a gym that feels like home and delivers real results, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!
