I've been going regularly to the Beginners' Class. The mix of stretching and relaxation is ideal for me and I like that Pol explains the purpose of each exercise rather than have us just do yoga poses. I definitely feel stronger and more flexible and always feel re-energized after class
A neighbour persuaded me to try a class a few months ago and I've been going back regularly ever since to the Monday evening Beginners' Class. The mix of breath work, exercises and relaxation is ideal for me and not as easy as it sounds! I like that Pol explains the purpose of each exercise rather than just have us follow a series of poses and there's a good amount of challenge each week. It's a group class but there's always time for some individual support when it's needed and suggestions for things to try at home. I definitely feel stronger and really look forward to Monday nights - it's the perfect start to a busy week.
I’ve been attending the Yin Yoga class most Wednesday’s for the past few months. Paula and the other instructors are experts in making you feel welcome and use regressions and progressions to cater to everyone’s ability or flexibility levels. It’s a great class delivered by great teachers who truly care for delivering the most authentic Yin experience possible. I would highly recommend trying out a class here, you won’t regret it!
I’ve been attending weekly classes at Yoga Meditation Healing for a few months now and I absolutely love it. Pól is an excellent instructor and is a huge support throughout the class, as someone who started as a beginner this is really helpful! I’ve had a few classes with Sam too who’s also brilliant. Each class I’ve been to is really engaging and I genuinely feel amazing after it, I look forward to it every week and it really does feel like a safe space for people of all abilities. I’ve felt positive changes within myself because of these classes so thank you!
I recently finished my 50 hours of Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Paula, and what is an incredible experience it was. Every session provided knowledge of everything Yin! From in-depth detail around the anatomy and philosophy of Yin Yoga. Paula is amazing teacher and person and I loved every minute of my time spent learning at Yoga Meditation Healing. I cannot wait to teach my new found passion to others!
