Fantastic! Brought in some items for an insurance appraisal — they were extremely thorough and inventoried each item I brought in. They provided an estimate for the appraisal and allowed me to make changes as seen fit. They also kept me updated along the way with texts! In addition, they were able to replace a few watch batteries and adjust sizing :) thank you Z’s Fine Jewelry! 10/10 recommend
So thankful for Joe and the Z team. The whole experience was so smooth and warm from the beginning. Joe at Z Jewelry did an amazing job patiently helping my husband and I design my new wedding set. It turned out AMAZING!
