Awesome studio! The teachers are all so nice and helpful! They have an assortment of yoga classes but my favorite is the hot vinyasa. Highly recommend for new yoga students, highly experienced students, and everyone in between. You will fit in!
I attended Laura Tringali’s Free Hot HIIT Community Class yesterday, and I have to say—it was incredible! This was my first time taking this class, and I would have never guessed it was Laura’s first time leading it. She carried herself with such confidence, energy, and enthusiasm, making the entire experience both challenging and enjoyable. The workout was intense in the best way possible, and Laura’s guidance made it easy to follow while still pushing us to give our all. Her encouragement and positive energy were contagious, creating a motivating and supportive environment. I left feeling strong but tired, accomplished, and already looking forward to the next class! Great workout!! :)
Such a cool yoga studio, I have joined 6 months ago and it has changed my life. Everybody is so nice, helpful, engaged and just unbelievably patient and friendly. I was really anxious initially as I did not want to look like the moron who does not know anything...but I was amazingly surprised as to how basic most classes are, how everybody is still learning and how there is absolutely no judgement. My favorite class so far is hot 26 and my second favorite is hot hiit... but I am looking forward to trying the other classes. Kudos to all the teachers.
