What a convenient! I have to give it five stars for that alone. Even though the process did not last long, Kira made me feel very comfortable. Thanks for your service.

I am currently hospitalized and contacted this business on January 13, 2026, at approximately 3:40 PM Central Time to request a quote for a mobile notary to notarize a Power of Attorney. I was quoted $150, and I calmly explained that the price was unfortunately outside my budget. Before I could thank her for her time or politely end the call, the representative abruptly disconnected the call. I found this interaction unprofessional and discourteous. I fully understand that businesses are entitled to set their own pricing; however, hanging up on a potential client simply for stating that a quote is too high was unnecessary and disappointing — especially given that I am currently a hospital patient.

This is an incredible service, from the first phone, text and email communications to meeting and working with the notary in the time it takes to walk my dog! Denise was so professional, warm and personable, and inspired a lot of confidence with how she approached her work -- going through foreign mortgage documents, checking and recording ID, appropriately seeking clarification of certain legal language. It was an unexpected pleasure to work with 1 Hour and Denise, and I recommend them unreservedly.

The notary was great and timely. Quick and efficient, however I’m giving it two stars based upon transparency on price. I did not expect to pay $187 for POA 2 page document. I didn’t receive a quote and said average price of $30-50 for mobile notary. I highly recommend you save yourself the money and go to a notary place because the lack of transparency and the fee is INSANE. They said it was same day urgency but none of that was communicated. I was not told the price, quote, higher fee for same day or anything of that matter. I have emailed to discuss this issue and haven’t received a response. Very disappointed and feel scammed by this business.
