These guys are super honest and transparent. I had flat tire and they immediately noticed that my tires are new and Canadian tire and he told me I might have warranty and should go and fix it eith Canadian Tire as tires are brand new as it would be cheaper instead of replacing them. And they were right, now I had no idea but they save me money and were super honest. I strongly recommend them for antire choice. The moment these tires run down and I need new ones I am coming to these guys. Super honest and truthful. Will recommend everyone to buy from them

First time using 1010 tires after using kalTire for years, I was very impressed by the 1010 shop on marine drive. They gave me a quick, affordable and accurate quote on tires, rims and installation, compared with another shop that gave very ambiguous, more expensive possibilities. 1010 answered all of my newbee questions despite being busy in store. After driving away with installed tires, would definitely use them again!

1010Tires had the best price in town. The staff were friendly and patient, and never made me feel intimidated while shopping for tires, especially since it was my first time ever buying them. I really appreciated how straightforward everything was. I went with the Hankook iON Evo AS for my 2022 Tesla Model 3 LR because the road noise was incredibly loud with the stock Michelins - highly recommend this.

Had new tires going on older wheels for winter. Job was done pretty quick (35 to 40 minutes). Work order was explained and final job done was explained before payment. I am giving 5stars but I wish they would have explained the TPMS system on the car. The light does not disappear from the dash even after driving for couple of hours on Sunday. I am going to guess the old wheels was not equipped with the modern sensors so the light does not reset itself. But overall good job and service.

I’ve been a loyal customer of 1010Tires for over 15 years, spending more than $20,000 on tires and installations. Unfortunately, my recent visit was very disappointing and will be my last. After a tire install, I noticed new scratches on my rims that weren’t there before. When I brought this up, the manager immediately laughed and denied any possibility that their equipment could cause damage and offered no help — like my concern was funny and a joke to him. What really bothered me was the lack of compassion and concern for a long-time customer. When I said I would NOT be returning, he told me that was fine and made it clear he didn’t care whether I came back. After many years of business with them, I expected better treatment and respect.
