Lord!!!!! I needed Jade in my life with that Friday 615pm class. Omg! So good! Amelia's class is also out of this world!!!!! Yeah they def got me hooked. Jade's class was the perfect way to end the week. She's so kind and shows lots of variations for the stretch and pays attention to each person to adjust when you ask. Same for Amelia. So goood!

My favorite place I have ever worked out at in Vegas! The different classes available and having 3 rooms makes it easy to plan workouts around a busy schedule and find something right for you. They know your name when you walk in and they make you feel like family at every workout. The workouts always leave you feeling satisfied no matter the instructor. If you are looking for something really intense, or something moderate, they have the class for you. I will never go anywhere else EVER! :)

I’ve been training at 103 Hot Pilates & Yoga for about a year, and this studio has truly been life-changing for me. The energy here is always uplifting; everyone has amazing vibes, from the staff to the people who train beside you. The instructors I’ve taken classes with (Heather, Danie, Diana, Rachel, Joey, and Izzy) are exceptional, and I’m sure the rest of the team is just as inspiring. The variety of classes keeps me motivated and constantly improving. My go-to favorites are Circuit, Ripped, Mat Pilates, Bootcamp, and Yoga Sculpt. Each class pushes me in a different way, and the results have been incredible. I feel stronger, more confident, and more energized every single week. If you’re looking for a place that supports your goals and makes you excited to show up, this is it. 100% recommended!!

103 is definitely worthy of my 5-star rating. The studio offers a diverse range of classes that cater to various fitness levels and preferences. I particularly enjoy the Bootcamp class, which is both invigorating and challenging. The yin and meditation class(Steffi) I took last week provided a perfect balance, allowing for deep relaxation and mindfulness. The instructors at 103 are exceptional, bringing energy, expertise, and a supportive attitude to every class. Their guidance makes each class effective and enjoyable. In summary, 103 Hot Yoga and Pilates is a top-notch studio offering a wide variety of classes (heated/non-heated) with skilled instructors. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their fitness and well-being.

In my humble opinion, this as an extraordinary fitness community. Despite never having taken a yoga class before, from the time that I entered the facility, the owner Julie and her staff made me feel incredibly welcomed and valued. The facilities are always immaculately clean. The front desk staff are kind, efficient and welcoming. The variety of classes and times make it easy someone like me with a very busy schedule to find the time to consistently attend classes The app makes it easy to book classes even at the last minute. I have taken classes with multiple instructors and they are all truly masters at their craft. They are able to provide instruction to a variety of students all with different experience levels at the same time. I am truly grateful to all of the staff for the positive impacts that I am already experiencing in my life. Thank you so much!
