Mark has been an exceptional asset to our team over the past few months. He's been instrumental in the successful setup of our new business and website, consistently demonstrating a high level of efficiency and promptness. One of Mark's most commendable qualities is his patience and accommodating nature. Even when faced with unexpected roadblocks, some of which were on my end, he remained supportive and constructive. This is a testament to his professionalism and dedication. His expertise and guidance were also critical. There were several instances where Mark's advice and recommendations were crucial to the success of this project. His contributions have made what could have been a challenging process feel remarkably seamless. I have immense appreciation for Mark's work and am confident that his continued support will be invaluable to our future success.

I am writing this review based upon the highly satisfactory experience that I have had working with 10com. Mark and his team over at 10com has done a wonderful job bringing my company’s mission statement and vision to life. They were patient, professional, and attentive to my thoughts as they have done a remarkable job with my website. My website is receiving rave reviews, and I credit Mark for helping my website become a reality.

I had a terrible experience with this company. From the start, there was no real way to communicate with an actual person—only their confusing and poorly designed portal. The system was extremely difficult to navigate, and anytime a mistake was made on their end, they blamed me instead of taking accountability. Their entire process is rigid and automatic. Once you submit anything, you have no ability to go back, make adjustments, or even preview what things will look like in a practical way. They claim you can add or remove things along the way, but they’ve designed the process so poorly that it’s essentially impossible—you either give up in frustration or let them “finish” it their way. For a service that charges thousands of dollars, this is unacceptable. To make matters worse, they refuse to issue refunds—even if you catch their errors early on. I am now left with a website I have to recreate on my own, wasting both money and time. The lack of flexibility, accountability, and customer support makes their service feel like a trap. I strongly recommend avoiding this company if you want a professional, collaborative, and transparent experience for your website.
