This is a fantastic meeting space. We hosted a staff retreat here and it was just perfect. Julie and her team are very welcoming and checked on us continually to make sure we had everything we needed. Also great parking! I would definitely book here again.

This was a God-send after a few other meeting spaces fell through, and I'm so glad the other options did! Julie and Alex were amazing hosts, from the get-go walking me through the options this space held and what they could do for me and my team. Such sweetness, generosity and hospitality with this team and venue. My team remarked how refreshing the functional and charming rooms were compared to stuffy hotel meeting rooms. I would recommend this place to absolutely everyone and I would definitely book here again.

My company used 1212 Germantown for our strategic offsite and loved it thoroughly! Such a unique, lovely space. Julie made everything so easy and handled all our requests with ease and grace. We are so glad to have found this space and can’t wait to come here again! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a venue for any event!

We did an off-site planning day here, and really enjoyed the experience. Sarah did a great job of checking in with us, and providing an easy to setup environment. Plenty of parking between their lot and the street, as well as many local food options within a few minutes by foot.
