I called today and Cynthia is so rude!!!!!!!!!!! She hung up in my face while talking to her. I asked for a supervisor or another representative and she said there is no-one else. Why do y’all hire these people and they are rude. First thing they say is we are rude but then when you get someone who is not rude your are rude!!!! We’re paying for a serve and get treated like bad citizens!!!! Shame on y’all!!!!!…. Over here being rude !!!! You don’t deserve my money or time.

I am so disappointed in 160 the wait time to enter the school is ridiculous. It took a few months just to get the yard experience. Once I get to the yard the instructors are awesome. They will do the best they can to assist. The problem is it’s too many students and not enough instructors or tractors and trailers to practice. It’s a fast pace program you won’t have enough time to train I been here everyday frustrated. You will be on the yard for 8 hours only to train for 1hr out of the day. It seems like 160 is all about money have no concern about the students. I’m concerned about about I feel like I’m not getting enough training in order to get my Cdl. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I recently had an excellent experience at 160 Driving Academy. Miss Gabriel in the office was incredibly helpful and organized, making the enrollment process smooth and easy. Mr. Al, Mr. Sherrod, and Mr. Brown, the driving instructors, were all fantastic. They provided clear instructions, valuable feedback, and a supportive learning environment. Their expertise and encouragement made me feel confident on the road. I highly recommend 160 Driving Academy for anyone looking to get their CDL!!!!!

This man right here know he was a blessing to me he help me out with pure kindness. He is so patience with ppl working n this field you got have patience in he knows how talk too ppl without yelling. If it wasn't for Doc I don't think I would of made it..... He is one of the best instructors out there.... He don't get the credit he deserves either.... Nick was my instructor for the first two days he was awesome as well great sense of humor.... Keep the ppl laughing.... Erica was nice patience jay was cool patience in brown was cool patience as well them 5 instructors was great I learn from all of them 💪🏾160 academy needs more teachers more trucks in a better yard.... It was hard working on that type of pavement.... The school is making too much money to have that kind of gravel rocks. But other then that I learn from the best Doc💪🏾💯 he want see all his students make it 4-3-22 change my life💯 thanks 160 Academy

My experience with 160 Drive Academy was very pleasant. The instructors had a laid out strategy to make sure all students were capable to pass within first time of testing. Thanks to 160 Drive my future look very rewarding from being able to drive Amazon hostler to now Amazon day cabs.
