we rented through first choice, Silvia was our realtor that helped us throughout this process. She was so nice and such an amazing person. always answered every question no matter how small. she has always had our best interest at heart. this company was extremely fast with work orders. we had a issue with our heater at one point in November and they had a technician out within 2 hours. some part needed replaced with the HVAC system. with having small children needing the warmth it was so appreciated on how fast they got things fixed for us. we lived in this house for 2 years. Silvia has been with us the entire time. every home inspection she might point out something that needed to be taken care of (tree trimming or making sure weeding is taken care of) but would give plenty of time for us to handle any maintenance. she was so understanding. the communication was fantastic with her. one of the best parts of being with first choice.

I have been renting from 1st Choice Property Management for almost 6 years. Anything that has been needed, it has been taken care of immediately. And they have been very easy to work with and always professional. Recently the roof was replaced. The roofing company showed up on time and communicated with me at every step of what will take place. The roof was finished in one day, everything was cleaned and it looks great. The same can be said of any maintenance needed.
