This place is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I bought a Thanksgiving meal and they charged my card twice for $266.94 each. I reached out multiple times—calls, emails, everything—and they completely ignored me. No call back, no reply, no explanation. Nothing. It’s unbelievable that a business can take over $500 from a customer by mistake and then act like it’s not their problem. The level of unprofessionalism is insane. Their customer service is basically nonexistent. To make it worse, the food portions were small, especially for the price I paid. For what they charge, the amount of food should have been much more generous. Now I’m wasting my own time disputing the charge with my bank because they refuse to fix their own mistake. It’s a huge hassle and something that should have been resolved immediately. If you value your money or your time, avoid this place. Horrible service, horrible communication, and zero accountability.

We used them today for the first time for our Thanksgiving holiday luncheon at work for 32 people and all thumbs were up, outstanding food!! We have found our go to solution for these events! Had their Holiday Meal and it was excellent, the delivery was professional and on time and we cannot wait to use them again for Christmas! 👍👍

We used 2pops for our vow renewal on 7/18. I do NOT recommend using them for anything. They were late to set up, the number they provided for our attendants was NOT for them. When I tried calling to see where they were I was told that person was at a different event, they were not ready to serve on time, one of the side dishes was NOT what we ordered (my original invoice that I used to pay my 20% deposit and my final paid invoice shows the correct food but was told they never received any correspondence changing the side dish), the 2 attendants they provided were rude, half our guests didn’t even eat the food because it was VERY cold, the receipt they wanted me to sign at the event had a different amount than what was on my final paid invoice. When I reached out to them on Saturday I was told I would get a call on Monday. They never called me so I called them Monday afternoon, was told I’d get a call back that day. I never did. I emailed the next day, and they finally called me that evening. Nothing was done. All I was told was they have been doing weddings for over 3 years and they’ve never had complaints. Gratuity was included in the invoice so I couldn’t adjust that based on our experience. I would suggest using ANYONE other than this company.

We had 2 Pops catered at work for a celebration. It was hands-down the best BBQ I ever had. The meat was delicious, but the broccoli cheese rice and potato salad took the cake for me. Their cobbler was also excellent! I can’t wait to try more items from their menu.

We used 2 Pops to cater a party of 25 for my wife's Birthday & it was great! Everyone loved the food! They showed up exactly on time at our house on a Saturday. Food was great, came with all the plates, utensils, serving utensils, etc. We had heard great things about 2 Pops & now we can confirm its true! We will recommend & will use 2 Pops again! Thanks!
