Was a reasonable size store. It’s confusing as the material shop is under the antique sign and vice versa. Didn’t really find anything too exciting. The guy at the front was friendly and nice to speak too.

Thought I’d stop in here for a look today as I was down that way and it looks promising when I first entered the store as there is a lot of weird and wonderful to look at. It was very overwhelming overcrowded and overpriced. I was greeted with a glare from a very unapproachable male sitting on a chair at the back of the store which made me feel very uncomfortable not welcoming at all and very unapproachable. No, hello, no greeting no smile no can I help you? Nothing I will definitely not recommend giving any money to this business as upon a closer look throughout the store. The pricing was massively overpriced $1150 for a Barsony lamp with no shade and in fair condition a singer sewing machines going for $500. Made you feel unwelcome so I would not dare think about purchasing anything from the store ended up going to the op shop just up from there didn’t buy anything there but staff there were much more friendlier. I suggest the business owner of the antiques and collectible store adjust their personality and customer service skills for anyone that might venture in there in future, and adjust your prices as some of the other reviewers on here I have uploaded pics of items that I saw in there today and some of those reviews are from two years ago.

New location, is easy to find. The building doesn't have the same atmosphere as when it was at Coolangatta but it still has the same great retro and antiques. And it's open again. A must visit for all who miss the old shop and a great place to go if you haven't been before. 👍👍💓

Couldn't stop walking around with my mouth a gape - place is stocked to the roof with some of the coolest bits and pieces around. Well... Worth... A... Visit!!! 19-10-2021 Immensely saddened to hear of its closing... Thanks for the memories and the flashbacks! All the best to those that owned and ran this business.

Oh what a joy to come here and browse for literally anything! Very sweet and chatty staff. It’s a bit overwhelming at first because there’s so much to look at but it’s well organised which makes it easy to find your way around. Their little coffee corner is also very authentic and cool, serving a great chai latte!
