We're really happy we went with 21st Century to replace our roof and make some siding repairs. Kap, our rep, was very communicative throughout the process, even showing up when our insurance adjuster was there. Work was done quickly yet done well. They did things our past roofers did not do. They also did not gouge us. Roof repairs are not cheap, but I think 21st Century's pricing was definitely fair.

Meticulous! There is no other way to describe the work that Century 21 did for me. I have a very small kitchen, built in 1966. The previous owners were careless and hid problems with the walls and cabinets behind tile and 2x4's. My original contractor hired to remove the tile, fix the dry wall and prep the walls for painting may as well have "worked" with blindfolds on. After a second painter failed to show up, I called 21st Century and scheduled an estimate. I was bracing because getting companies to work on smaller homes in the original eastside neighbors of Austin is something of a challenge. Everyone is looking for the new builds, the big homes . However, Mike showed up on time and we looked at the work in the kitchen and future work for the spring. The estimate was honest and fair. Because it was a small job, they were able to schedule me in just a few days. The workers showed up just before 8:00 am and worked until 5:30. They covered the floors and countertops. They created a wall, floor to ceiling with plastic to contain the dust. They had to refloat the drywall, sand, and add texture before they could paint. When they took the "wall" down, it was like a big reveal! The transformation was stunning. They cleaned everything up. They took their time and gave the utmost care to every detail. Truly, beautiful. I am absolutely grateful for the craftsman that gave it their all for a small home in one of Austin's original eastside neighborhoods.

It was a pleasure working with this company and communication was good as well as the job they did removing wallpaper, repairing walls and ceilings in an old condo, then painting. The price was the best quote I received. My only complaint was the clean up afterwards as there were paint spatters on a sliding glass door and other doors and molding, paint chips in the wooden kitchen pulls and parts of the wood floor had a thin coat of paint dust. In general it was a great job done for a reasonable price. I would hire them again.

We are very happy with our exterior painting project! 21st C painted our house 10 years ago and did a great job, so we used them again. They had to replace a lot of damaged siding and trim this time, and were very thorough. Great communication, finished on time, and excellent work! And less than our other quote. Highly recommend!
