I love this gym because it's very large and you got plenty of room to work out.

2 story location with a good variety of equipment. Recently they added squat racks. Overall good location. It has become way to crowded at all hours. Cleaning supplies run out often.

I recently joined 24 Hour Fitness, and overall compared to some other gyms I’ve been to, this one is actually pretty good. There’s lots of equipment, a large workout floor, and even a steam room which is hard to find. When I signed up, the sales manager gave me a great deal, which I really appreciated. That said, I do have to echo what others have mentioned about cleanliness, it’s not great. The floors basically everywhere are dirty, and the entire gym has a lingering smell, which I’d chalk up to the lack of proper cleaning. The air conditioning on the first floor also seems to be broken, because it’s always very stuffy. Not ideal for getting in a good workout. Overall better than some gyms I’ve been to, but still with plenty of room for improvement. 5/6/2026: Still a mess. Broken equipment, no A/C, broken drinking fountains, broken sauna. Other clubs are being remodeled and this one is being left behind.

This gym has NO 5lb WEIGHTS. Kinda insane you have to jump 20lbs(adding 2 10’s) every time you want to add weight. Kinda BS and I would have passed on this gym if I knew that going in.

I had a very upsetting experience in Lisas yoga class (Su & Tues @6pm). I have never encountered a yoga instructor who was so angry and combative. When I arrived late toward the end of the class, I entered quietly and made an effort not to disrupt the class. However, the instructor approached me in an agitated manner and told me I had to leave because I was not on time. I left at the time because she was intimidating me and wouldn't leave me alone, of course I felt pressured to leave. After speaking with the 24-hour staff, I was told that this response was not reasonable and that I should have been allowed to participate if I had reserved a spot. With about 15 minutes remaining in the class, I returned. While I was lying quietly on the floor, the instructor approached me again, stood over me, and reiterated that I could not join unless I had been present from the beginning. Accusing me of lying that I wasnt there to do yoga and telling me "you know what you're doing" (I don't know what she meant by that, but it was clear she was projecting assumptions). While I understand that studios may have policies regarding late arrivals, the way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. I felt afraid as she stood over me angry. It was particularly jarring given that the instructor was simultaneously presenting a "peace and light, namaste" demeanor to the rest of the class, while interacting with me in a way that felt aggressive and intimidating. Overall, this was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience.
