Flew down to Sydney to purchase a car on Christmas weekend. Had a hell of a lot of trouble finding a mobile mechanic that could come out and do a pre-purchase inspection for me. Same day late notice. I rang every bloke and his dog in Sydney trying to find someone. Everyone told me “We are the only ones open at this time of year, you’d better book now or you won’t get in tomorrow” Refused to believe that and eventually got onto these fellas. I explained my situation and they did their best to squeeze me in at the end of the day. This was outside of the mechanics scheduled day but he still came out to help and gave me updates on his ETA every half hour or so as he understood I was in a time crunch. The Mechanic “Mohammed” turned up and immediately got to work. Located two leaks at the rear of the engine. Explained thoroughly the risk of leaving them weeping. Looked over and under the entire car. Took it for a test drive where Mohammed proved he’s an easy going bloke that’s down to earth and happy to chat. He also asked if I needed help getting the price down and points to press the seller on based on the condition of the vehicle. I can’t express how thankful I am for these guys fitting me in after a long day. This review was posted half way to Brisbane from Sydney so that’s rolling proof he knows what he’s doing Cheers guys. 5 out of 5 and would recommend you guys in a heartbeat

Quick and efficient. Honest review of car and detailed inspection with pictures and videos. Did request of everything asked and gave knowledge based of experience from years of experience as a mechanic. Only thing felt a bit rushed when making appointment in the beginning. (It was a Sunday, so understandable.) But clear communication through WhatsApp was great and worked well during the Monday. No official report given but good verbal feedback and recommendations on present condition of the car and possible future issues with car. Thank you For great service.

From the first point of contact. Had a mechanic at my house within an hour or two. Had issues with my wipers, the fuse didn't need to be changed was the motor to the wipers. Upon further inspection my 2004 Jeep Wrangler needed to be serviced. The last time my Jeep was fully service 2019 [yes I know I neglected my Jeep]. Motor to the wipers arrived in the weekend and today 3/11/2025 my Jeep motor to the wipers replaced and full service done. I will recommend 24hour Service, due to their prompt service. Constant updates which is very important and went above and beyond to order the motor from overseas and arrived one week due to the urgency of the owner of the company. Jeep Wrangler if you can't source parts locally or interstate you will need to outsource overseas which the owner did. To the mechanics that attended thank you for your service to the first tech mechanic to the second tech mechanic, also went out of his way to get a part that he needed. Job Well Done. If you want Service done and your don't have time to go to a Mechanic. Contract 24hour Mechanic very sufficient. Thankyou once again.
