Bad experience. Had a spring replaced for $500, once the technician finished he collected the payment and left. He didn't even bother to show how the garage door was functioning by opening and closing the door as any professional does to ensure proper function. He left the garage door open and it didn't lower back down. Reached out to company to figure out what happened, technician came in a bad mood because he didn't bother to check the release lever which wasn't attached correctly which didn't allow garage door to lower and gave an attitude. Do not recommend.

I was so discouraged with previous garage repair companies. Every one of them wanted to sell me new garage plans I couldn't afford. I felt an immediate sigh of relief once 24 hour garage door services explained how he could work with the door I already have. The technician got to work, and had a solution for every problem. Great, responsive service. Easy online invoicing. I needed a garage door on a rent house replaced quickly before new renters moved in. They came out for an estimate the same evening I called and they were able to handle it all without me being onsite. They even gave me several options and gave me a quicker and better value option than the expensive door I was asking them to order originally. Would highly recommend.
