Daniel delivered great service. He arrived within an hour of being called, walked me through the problem, and fixed our door issue in minutes.
Bad experience. Had a spring replaced for $500, once the technician finished he collected the payment and left. He didn't even bother to show how the garage door was functioning by opening and closing the door as any professional does to ensure proper function. He left the garage door open and it didn't lower back down. Reached out to company to figure out what happened, technician came in a bad mood because he didn't bother to check the release lever which wasn't attached correctly which didn't allow garage door to lower and gave an attitude. Do not recommend.
