Asked for Balayage - showed pic of what I was thinking - keeping blonde with darker blonde or light brown to help grow roots in / I was left with none of my blonde and one color that was dark blonde - went back and the fix looks far worse than the first fix. Be sure to over communicate and definitely don’t recommend Alexis for color she was late distracted and didn’t know what to do without asking someone than had total disregard for my pic and request to keep some bright blonde - quite disappointed after spending around $300 in total. To be fair I had two great haircuts here previously the owner was kind and tried to make it right but I left disappointed after 2 visits and several hours in I had to travel the next day, no going back no happy fix no fixing the uneven cut and my stylist yesterday convinced me to write a review even after just over 5 months to let others know. Just over communicate and if you aren’t comfortable stop and ask questions.
