Went in to sell a designer bag and was told it would take 1.5 hours because they have a lot of stuff to go through, which I understand. 2 hours passed by, still no call so came back and asked an employee how much longer it would be, mind you I had one item, and he just handed me back my bag and said “you can just have it back”. Extremely rude and such a waste of my time. Didn’t even give me an estimate.
went in the store for the first time to check it out. Went in actually to buy a pair of shoes and maybe a full outfit was completely ignored the entire time you’ve had workers right on top of me would never greet me. You didn’t say a word to me. I left bad customer service. Went spent my money elsewhere.
The employees at this place are disgustingly rude and lack customer service skills at a max. Worst experience ever at a store. Definitely do not recommend anyone to shop or go sell anything at this store. Is just ridiculous that this is happening in 2025 when you can go to a goodwill and the customer service is excellent. I wish there was a lower score but this place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star it deserves 0. I have never wished anyone to loose their jobs but this place should evaluate their employees and do a clean up of their entire place because it will not continue running for long if this is the way that their employees act towards customers. Disgusting customer service and horrible experience over all.
To give everyone an idea of what this place is truly like…it is not a thrift store in my opinion. For example, I purchased a USED TELFAR PURSE for $179…which I assumed was a good deal with it being a “thrift store”..when I went to look it up on the TELFAR website, the original price is $150. I called the store to ask to speak to a manager to explain and make this make sense, why the price was $179..and it being used. I’ll add pics below. The woman I spoke to told me that they recieved in from a different store and that that’s just how it’s priced and that there was nothing they could do. So I am a little disappointed. It is a nice bag but I think the price was definitely not fair at all. They should have made it right by allowing me to come back in and refunding some type of amount because it’s a used bag. I don’t know if I’ll be returning here. To add on, they offered me $2.45 for about 20 of my items..so just know this before yall go to this store.
It was so clean, and loved inventory look at this cutest little black bag! They are so sweet and attentive!!! Everything was labeled and so easy to navigate. This is a must go if u want to find anything from Y2K to grunge!
