Please don't advertise a baguette as festive when it only has sausage and bacon in it. I would never have purchased this if I knew that it had sausage and bacon inside it. I was expecting a Christmas baguette with turkey and trimmings.

I'm new to the area working in Blackpool - the man who operates the van that stops at our unit is really rude, abrupt and doesn't really like you asking 'what you got' as his answers are always short, abrupt and just no need really. Small bald man, not sure of a name but quite a few of our staff really not happy with him. A smile and some politeness doesn't cost anything unlike when were BUYING food from him.

Had a minor existential crisis over my Cheese and Onion sandwich — because, well… there was no onion. Just cheese. A lonely, onionless experience. Now, I get it — mistakes happen. That’s why we invented Quality Control (and probably checklists). But credit where it’s due: after a quick email and a photo of my tragic onion-free sandwich, 2U Foods swooped in like customer service superheroes. A free replacement was offered. Despite the initial heartbreak of not getting that classic cheesy–oniony harmony, 2U Food’s response was top-notch — swift and courteous.

Been using this company for my dinner every working day for around 2 years now and must have spent hundreds on the van at this point. Was excited to try the new beans and cheese jacket potato and when I was handed it I nearly fell over at the sight of the £3.90 price mark. I expected the best jacket potato I’ve ever had but to my surprise I paid the extortionate price for what was basically a dry jacket potato. The beans and cheese lasted for about 5 bites and then for the rest of the potato was just dry, no butter, no toppings and hard to swallow. Could have got a full meal deal in Tesco for the same price, can you not at least put more beans on for the whopping price of £3.90 or maybe add butter?
