Clean facility, great staff, precious owner, phenomenal workout! Two minutes at each station with a 15 second rest in between. 30 minutes is all you need to get a great workout. Came in for a free trial today, and I cannot recommend this gym enough!! The staff were super welcoming and this location had an awesome environment! Amazing workout all within the span of only 30 minutes! Also, they were extremely positive and encouraging throughout the whole process :)
