I scheduled an appt. with Eddie to have my daughter's hair highlighted. I trusted him to be the expert and told him that he could do whatever he wanted to my daughter's hair. Then, the questions came. My daughter is a teenager and doesn't know terminology or how to answer questions. When he asked her a question, I explained to her what he meant. Then she and I disagreed on another option because I was explaining to her how it would look, etc. He literally smiled at us and then said, "I just canceled your appointment. If your daughter doesn't know what she wants, then I am not going to proceed." At first I thought he was joking, we were literally discussing the options because she is a minor child and I am her mom. I asked, "Are you serious?" He just smiled and said, "Yes". My daughter and I literally had our mouths on the floor. He refunded me my deposit and that was it. So, unless you know EXACTLY what you want, don't even try this place. He is not willing to do a consult at all. He acts like he's working in Beverly Hills and has famous clientele. How laughable. I am an excellent tipper, too. Oh, well. We scheduled with someone else, immediately, upon leaving. Someone else with better reviews. Win. Win.

Eddie is absolutely AMAZING! I wanted to blend in grays on my brunette hair but make it looks natural and it turned out better than I could've imagined. 10 out 10 recommend!

My hair was heavy and dry , Eddie made my hair feel lighter and refreshed. I love the cut. Will definitely be back for color! I wish i knew about this place sooner.

Went in with solid gray on my sides, brassy blonde and a blend of gray and light brown roots. During the consultation Eddie gave me several options and a long term plan. He really knows color! It was very personal and professional with only Eddie and two beautician assistants. Everyone was friendly and the layout of the shop was not like your ordinary salons. This was a wonderful experience and I will return.
