This was my first experience having an item of clothing tailored, and it was a very important one! I was nervous at first because I had purchased an extremely delicate dress. I knew it needed alterations but I was so worried about how difficult it would be given the delicate materials and beadwork. After a lot of research, I decided on Third Floor Tailors. I am so incredibly grateful that I did. One of the first things I noticed was how warm and responsive Natasha was. I received a reply within minutes of my initial inquiry outlining the process and fees. Throughout the entire process, Natasha was professional, responsive and kind. When I brought in my dress on the first appointment, Lilit was excited about working on my dress. I could tell immediately that I was in good hands. She was so kind and had such a clear vision of what needed to be done to make it fit me perfectly. She is an incredible artist. I felt comfortable every step of the process and each appointment was totally stress-free. In the end, Lilit made sure that my dress fit me like a glove.
