This was my first experience having an item of clothing tailored, and it was a very important one! I was nervous at first because I had purchased an extremely delicate dress. I knew it needed alterations but I was so worried about how difficult it would be given the delicate materials and beadwork. After a lot of research, I decided on Third Floor Tailors. I am so incredibly grateful that I did. One of the first things I noticed was how warm and responsive Natasha was. I received a reply within minutes of my initial inquiry outlining the process and fees. Throughout the entire process, Natasha was professional, responsive and kind. When I brought in my dress on the first appointment, Lilit was excited about working on my dress. I could tell immediately that I was in good hands. She was so kind and had such a clear vision of what needed to be done to make it fit me perfectly. She is an incredible artist. I felt comfortable every step of the process and each appointment was totally stress-free. In the end, Lilit made sure that my dress fit me like a glove. I had such a wonderful experience with Third Floor Tailors! They were kind, patient, and incredibly thorough throughout my wedding dress alterations. Every detail was handled with care, and the final fit was perfect. I truly enjoyed working with them and highly recommend their services to any bride!

Had an absolutely brilliant experience getting my wedding dress altered here! The team is so kind and detail oriented, they figured out ways to enhance my dress to suit my body that wouldn’t have even occurred to me - and the final result speaks for itself! I purchased my dress at a sample sale and it needed complex modifications including at the bust and back. Above and beyond! I would recommend to anyone looking for wedding dress alterations, especially complex ones. Thank you team! ♥️ Updating this review to add how stunning the dress looked in my wedding photos!

I brought my mom's wedding dress from the 80s to Lilit at Third Floor Tailors to alter it for my wedding. I had some vague idea about altering the sleeves and neckline, and what Lilit and the team created was beyond my wildest dreams. Dress fitting appointments were my favourite part of wedding planning. Lilit and Natasha were always so warm and kind at every appointment, and the attention to detail in the dress is out of this world. I felt so comfortable talking to Lilit about the things I liked in the dress, and the things I wanted to change because she was so kind and sweet and open to all of my feedback. They also did some smaller alterations to my reception/after party wedding dress and a day-after wedding-brunch dress that I wanted shortened. I cannot recommend this team enough for any kind of dress alterations you are looking for, big or small.

Lilit and Natasha at Third Floor Tailors made my bridal alterations experience nothing short of perfection. If you're considering where to have your dress altered, you can stop looking now because this is where you must go. I promise you will not be disappointed; instead you will leave with a dress you never thought could possibly look so freaking perfect on your frame. Going to their studio was like therapy for a busy bride – they took such care with each session and gave my dress the attention it deserved in each step of the process. I felt so comfortable and welcome in their studio, with every ridiculous question I had answered without judgement, and every curiosity we explored together. We altered my dress quite a bit, and she turned out more perfect than I could have ever imagined. If you buy the dress of your dreams, give it the alterations it deserves by going to Third Floor Tailors. Lilit & Natasha, thank you for everything!!!
