The staff are kind and communication is quick, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning did not meet expectations. I booked both a deep clean and a general clean, and neither was thorough. My home is 600 sq feet. Surfaces were not fully dusted, and items were not moved to be cleaned underneath. This is very much a “clean around” service rather than a detailed clean. Rugs, shoes, dog bowls and beds, and items on countertops or flat surfaces were left dusty, or the areas around them, unclean and largely untouched. The floor did not look to be mopped or vacuumed. The bedsheets were put on sideways and inside out etc. The cleaning felt rushed overall. I hired this service to buy back time, reduce stress, and feel peace of mind in my home, and it didn’t deliver on that. If you’re looking for a truly thorough, detail-oriented cleaning service, I would recommend skipping this provider.
