402 Arts Collective is a 501(c)(3) non-profit art studio and school in Omaha's Benson neighborhood, offering high-quality lessons in visual arts, music (piano, cello, vocals), acting, audio engineering, and more. With knowledgeable, friendly instructors and a welcoming artsy coffee shop atmosphere, we cater to students of all ages—from young children to adults. Our mission extends beyond lessons through community outreach programs, making art accessible and fostering creative development in a supportive, inclusive environment.
Mr. Nate is an awesome instructor! Highly recommend the 402 and Mr. Nate for anyone wanting to learn piano... our 5 year old had a blast and built such a great foundation for future learning.
I took the actors sandbox with Nicole and had the best experience. I learned so much in such little time. I recently had an audition and nailed the callback and got into the show! Thanks Nicole :)
Just finished the Actor’s Sandbox with Nicole Callahan & WOW! Amazing experience! I learned more in the first class than I learned in years of training in Houston. She pushes you & forces you to think. If you are serious about learning & furthering your acting career, I highly recommend!
I took Cello lessons here over the summer and it was a great experience! They have very friendly staff members and a really cool artsy coffee shop. Feels great to be supporting a non-profit with a great mission as well.
402 offers lessons in a wide variety of the arts: visual, vocal, instrumental, and audio engineering, to name a few. After several months of lessons, I can say that their instructors are very knowledgeable and accommodating, even (or especially!) for an adult student like me. As a plus, the collective is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that sponsors numerous community outreach programs. If you're looking for high-quality lessons at a reasonable price, definitely check these guys out!
