The staff at 4C Nail Bar are absolutely amazing. My girlfriend and I decided to get pedicures and I actually let her talk me into getting color on my toes, it made her happy so I did it and the staff was all in for it. They made us feel so comfortable and like VIP's, oh did I mention they fit us in on New Year's Eve!! I will definitely be back for a pedicure even if my girlfriend's not with me, kidding she will be right next to me!

I had Kevin! I had an amazing time and as soon as I entered the salon, he greeted us. He explained a new style I haven’t heard of called catseye and decided to try it. The entire time I had a comfortable welcoming experience and my nails look amazing! as I’m getting married soon this is a huge YES. I also had Tyler for my pedi THEYRE AWSOME

I chose this salon based on its high reviews, but unfortunately my experience did not reflect that rating. I had hybrid gel nails done, and within 10 days every nail began lifting at the cuticle, which is not normal for this type of service. I have had hybrid gel services many times in the past and have never experienced this level of lifting. I am extremely careful with my nails and regularly wear gloves when cleaning or doing any household tasks. Because of the lifting and concern about moisture being trapped underneath, I had the set professionally removed elsewhere to protect my nail health. I contacted the salon with photos and politely requested a refund but this was refused. I was informed that because I was unable to return to the salon for a fix despite the salon being aware that I was visiting from out of town, a refund would not be considered. During communication, I was told that reviews do not matter and that negative reviews would be removed. Which would explain why there’s only one negative review and why The manager was immature and defensive when responding to the negative review. I also felt uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the salon during my visit. I’m sharing this so others especially visitors to the area can make an informed decision. Fortunately for me, since I have the photo proof of the state of my nails, my bank will be giving me a refund.

Thank you so much for the gorgeous pink chrome set. I really appreciate how accommodating everyone was. I called earlier today hoping for a same-day appointment and they were able to take me right away. I just moved to the Uptown New Orleans area and have been searching for a nail place I can trust. I decided to try this spot for the first time today, and they have definitely become my go-to. The team is incredibly attentive to detail, always making sure I’m comfortable and happy with how each nail looks throughout the process. I’m so glad I found them and I’ll definitely be coming back regularly.

It’s been a while since I’ve got a manicure and pedicure. This nail salon is the best! I’m in town for a short time before we hop on our Thanksgiving cruise. Reviews were all 5 star so I decided to try it. So glad I did! Everyone is friendly and I got exactly what I came in for. Plus, foot massage was AMAZING!
