OWNERS BEWARE!!! Damages to expensive SUV!! Do not hire this company. I hire them to get some scratches out out of the back hatch of my $80,000 Toyota grand Highlander.. Instead, they did not give me the detail detailing I was promised, and instead they refused to tell me the products that were used on my vehicle that have left MORE SCRATCHES, and water marks. Whatever products I use, probably pulled off the coding that the dealership manufacturer put on the car… OWNERS beware!!! Owner of company REFUSES TO TAKE CARE OF DAMAGES, refused to even tell what products were used on SUV! The person I spoke to prior to service was not the one who came to home. A man with an older man smoking cigarettes on my property within 10 minutes of arrival. They damage your vehicle! Take no fault. Surveillance was taken from home of detaining. I’m honestly worried about my safety posting this review! But I believe people should be aware! When you ask for even info on products used you are hit with “harassment “ claims will also be filed with state data bureau of wa state business. This company should not be in business

This one was tough. The guy who detailed my car was very sweet and hardworking, but the attention to detail was lacking. Twice he showed me the "done" car and each time I was like "really"? The first time I could pinch dirt off the seat and asked him to vacuum it more thoroughly. The second time I pointed out areas of the dash and doors that hadn't been cleaned at all . The third time I gave up and called it. This morning I spent 45 minutes giving my car the final clean. It was wild, some areas were just totally missed and there was still dirt i could blow out of the vents. It felt like a basic clean, rather than an actual detail. For the money I had higher expectations.

I was shocked at how convenient this service was! Our car really needed thorough cleaning and they did a great job of it. They scheduled with us quickly, came to our house (all we needed to provide was an outlet and a water spigot), and payment was also easy. Worth it!

Wow! What a thorough and professional experience! My car has never looked so good (since I've owned it). Very happy with the cleaning job that Zach did. He was on-time, worked the entire time, and really made me feel like my money was well spent. I highly recommend Zach and 5 Star Mobile Detailing for any interior/exterior car detailing needs.

Zach and team at 5 Star Mobile Detailing were amazing! Scheduling was incredibly easy. I received email and text confirmations of the appointment and a text update stating Zach was on the way. The estimate quoted on the website was 100% accurate for my interior detail (even with a generous coffee stain in the front). The car looks new after they completed their work! I would happily recommend 5 Star Mobile Detailing to anyone and everyone.
