I searched high and low for an affordable salon to take off my gel tips and do a gel color change. I needed it so badly! The gentleman that did my nails was so fast and most importantly to me safe the drill always scares me because of past experiences and he was just fantastic not the most chatty or friendly guy but I look forward to using them from now on.
Johnny was amazing and had a very personalized approach. It was the first time I have been in a nail salon that I actually felt like they appreciated my being there and wanting to maintain my business in the long-term. They don’t try to nickel and dime you and are very accommodating if there is something you’re wanting to have fixed or updated. Plus, just look at them they’re gorgeous!!!!! I got dip with tips and chrome 🖤
Such a great experience all around!! Everyone there was so kind and they seemed genuinely happy to be there and to peroxide the amazing services they did!! Got some simple halloween nails done and a lava pedicure. The nails look great, he checked with me throughout the process to ensure I was happy and he didn't knick me at all, which usually happens at other places. The pedicure was fantastic, so relaxing and I felt so good after and my legs and feet did too!! The woman who did my pedicure was so kind and sweet and made sure I knew of their 7 day policy where they will fix anything within the first week. So awesome!! Highly recommend this salon and I will continue to go there!!
It was my first time coming to the shop, my current nail tech relocated out of state, and so my friend who is regular customer of this shop, bought me a gift card to try the nail shop to see if it's one that I could continue to come to, and I can say that it was my first and last. As far as the salon itself, it was a really beautiful salon, but I'm just not happy overall, with the service I received, I was not happy with the nails and the work that was done, I showed the girl the nails that I was looking for (a picture) , I already explained to her what I wanted. I told her I wanted coffin and they were not my kind of coffin &the nails were so big, bulky , &wide. She was struggling when she was doing my nails and needed assistance from another tech to help her. I feel like, overall, she was just nervous. I don't know why she did my nails the way that she did, but it just didn't come out the way that I wanted them to and for what the price they were. When I was done, I went up to the register and she originally was going to charge me $80. Thats what she said when I went up and the man that was working there came up to the register right away and told her something in another language and my price went up to $115! I didn't even get my toes done!! Which I always do but with the way my nails turned out I didn't want to chance my toes. I ended up calling in about couple days later cause my nail popped off with the acrylic and it looked just like a regular press on nail. I was so upset that it broke! In that amount of time. They weren't worth the price to me at all. The girl that I talked to rescheduled me but I don't live in co springs also so it's a mission for me to just come up& have a nail fixed. So I thought about It and they just don't satisfy me to my wants and so I decided not to fix them and just continue looking for another shop!!
Would not recommend coming here. Went to treat myself and I left absolutely unhappy with the services. I paid for both my mother and I, a $45 pedicure and nothing done to my feet other than a mediocre massage and salt rub. My nails were hardly cleaned or never saw a clipper. She used an electric file on my nails and only made them look worse. And not even adding oil to make them look less ugly. While the tech was nice I don’t think I was treated well for the service I was paying for….$110 plus a $20 tip seems outrageous. But out of courtesy I tipped that much but regretted it. So, don’t waste your money. You’re better off oiling your feet at home.
