I genuinely enjoy dancing at this studio. The teachers are incredibly patient, friendly, and professional. They offer a wide range of classes — I’ve taken jazz, contemporary, musical theatre, tap, ballet, hip-hop, and heels, and every class has been such a positive experience. I started as a complete beginner in jazz, and now I’ve even been able to pass a community musical theatre audition! No matter your level, you’ll always find classes that suit you here and truly enjoy the joy of dancing. Highly recommend!

Made me feeling un-welcomed, feeling a sick felling, got hurt and overall very negative to me the owners, teachers and people they go to there.

did the silver swans class. Really enjoyable class, not to taxing on my 56yo joints, but working my mind and different muscles to other types of exercise classes. Friendly welcoming group, and knowledgeable instructor

This studio has truly changed everything for me! I had never done any sport or dance before I turned 29. I always wanted to try ballet but wasn’t sure how to start. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who wants to dance or try something new. It’s the perfect balance of a friendly environment while still encouraging you to push yourself forward. I’ve never felt so fit and confident in my life. A huge thank you to my wonderful teacher, Tatiana, she’s an amazing professional who always helps you progress. I also love that the studio offers concerts for all ages and levels. Thank you, 6th Position! 💕

I cannot thank 6th Position enough for the opportunity to participate in a safe, supportive and incredibly encouraging environment as an older beginning dancer! Carys and Anouska are such wonderful and talented teachers of the Silver Swans program. Their gift to simultaneously address the full scope of dance experience across the students in our classes is astounding! As a new dancer (in my 60's!), their explanation and demonstration of exercises helps my understanding of expectations, and they always encourage us to work to our own pace and abilities, without judgement. Don't hesitate to jump in and get started! It's terrific fun and has helped my health in so many ways.

Rumble Inner North in Reid (Unit 91/43 Constitution Ave) delivers a high-energy mix of boxing and HIIT in a dark, club-like space with epic lighting and loud music. The welcoming team and strong community keep workouts varied and motivating, with class options to fit shift work. Notable touches include personalised lockers and a cold towel at the end of sessions.
