Drink had a nice long brown hair in it I could see a line inside cup and couldn’t figure out why then I took off lid and it was a hair

I have never had a bad experience at 7brew until I went to this location. The employees are EXTREMELY rude and even ruder if you do not tip. I am constantly being rushed every time I go even if there is no line and God forbid they get your drink wrong and you politely ask them to remake it. Whoever is hiring should really start being more aware of who they are allowing to work for their company. I have worked in the service industry for years and never in my life would I treat customers like that nor is there literally any excuse to when the customer is being nice to them. Do better, this is embarrassing for yall.

I'm torn on my 3-star. I love Seven Brew, when they get it right! I've arrived at work 3 different times when it was NOT sugar free, as ordered. Frustrating but, more importantly, very dangerous!

I had a horrible experience here. It was my first time here I decided to stop because it is close to my house and my turn to buy drinks for a CO worker. I told the lady who took my order I had never been there before and she stated some recommendations I ended up getting a 2 medium peach energy drinks. I take it to work and drink it both of our drinks taste like water. I called the number above and no answer. I called my husband to so he could go up there since we live down the street and give them the phone so I could speak to them to see what I could do. The gentleman on the phone said he could find my order and refund me I told him okay thank you. Then a lady in the background started yelling saying I had to be up here and not to give me refund and just absolutely yelling at the guy I was speaking to. So now I feel threatened cause of all her yelling. Keep in mind I work across town and just wanted to see what my options were for my energy drink that taste like water and cost almost 14 dollars. They probably would of been worth a second chance however due to the unprofessional lady yelling I would never recommend and I will make sure none of my coworkers family friends ever go to this location.

We were in Lubbock for the weekend and stopped at this location twice while we were there. Both times the line moved quickly, the staff were friendly, our drinks were delivered timely, and they tasted delicious! I ordered a large iced brunette with whip cream and my husband ordered a large iced salted caramel latte with whip cream. Both had the unique and delicious taste we’ve come to love from 7 Brew!
