I had a great experience as soon as I stepped in the door. Both of the staff Jerome and Erin were welcoming and down to earth. I was very nervous to get my rook pierced. While getting the rook pierce Jerome was very calm and was very efficient. If I ever decide to get the other rook done I will be coming again.

my friend was traveling and had her piercing ball fall off, we came straight here and lauren not only fixed the problem but was amazing and gave us each new piercings. 11/10 to everyone in the shop for their kindness and professionalism, the shop was SO clean and had amazing selection of jewelry. we will be back!

Got my lip piercings done & Lauren couldn’t have been a better piercer!! Not only did she properly provide me with after care information/steps to take, Lauren helped me breathe and be at ease during the process, which made it so much quicker! The whole staff is all around welcoming and warm! Thanks so much for a great experience, I wish I could come by just to hang out🤣!

Claudia came on time and was very flexible when changing the time last minute, which I really appreciated. She made sure my tattoo was positioned perfectly and looked really neat, while also being creative and true to what I wanted. She worked super fast, and the process was much less painful than I expected. She was incredibly sweet, professional, and made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. I will definitely come back again.

From the moment I walked into the shop, I was greeted warmly—the whole team has a welcoming vibe that instantly makes you feel comfortable. I was recommended to Tyrone, and after connecting with him and going over the piece I wanted, he brought the vision to life perfectly. Tyrone took his time, made sure everything was clean and detailed, and was super chill to work with. You can tell he cares about the craft and the client. I’m beyond satisfied with the final result and definitely plan on getting more work done with him. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for solid, professional work with a relaxed vibe.
