Purchased six cutting boards. The writing color is not uniform. Several are very hard to read because there is no color in the writing. I emailed the company and have received no response. My only option is to stain them myself to make them easier to read with uniform color.
Although I wanted to love my new dog stamp, once received, I tried it out and could not obtain a consistent stamped design. It was either completely filled in and the address would not show or it was light in certain parts, darker in others. I complained to the company who said they will send me a replacement stamp with just the outline. I will leave a review for that once received.
I ordered 2 cutting boards and they turned out very well and arrived in 2 days. Also, the first image I sent was not of good enough quality which they emailed and image of. I elected to retake the image again and it came out great.
So disappointed. The stamp is awful and so far the company has not replied to my several requests for a replacement or refund. You cannot make out the address at all. The sample of the stamp which they put on the top of the stamper is also a black blob of a dog... so sloppy. Can't imagine this made it past their QA. So sad because these looked adorable online.
I bought a custom wooden stamp from 904 Custom. I was excited to use it right away however, it was completed in a very rough and unfinished manner. The wood part of the stamp was rough and the edges were not sanded down. I sanded down the edges myself. In order to put the actual rubber stamp on the block it seemed like they used a double sided adhesive pad. It would have been fine, but the adhesive was not cut to the size of the rubber, so there was sticky pad all around the edges of the stamp. I was worried this would stick to the pages of my books when I used the stamp, so I cut it off myself. This then left a sticky residue on my stamp that I had to scrap off. The red outline shows the area where the adhesive pad was that I cut off. I am happy with the stamp font and I am looking forward to using it now, but I was expecting a higher quality of product for the price and amount of products they have on their site. I am glad I bought it during a sale and did not pay full price.
