I love this gym, have had the best experience here since joining. It has a real team vibe and you feel like part of the crew when you first walk through the door. The coaches are excellent, friendly, supportive and very knowledgeable. They focus on overall strength, fitness and functionality. The team culture here is unreal, no matter how hard the workouts get everyone in the room is there to encourage and push you through. You can’t help but look forward to the next session, and the results are addictive. I’m in the best shape of my life since starting their program. I really can’t recommend this place enough, if you’re keen to train and have some fun come down and join the team.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Such friendly staff with years of knowledge and experience behind them. The environment 98 has created is unlike most gyms and would recommend to anyone who is either new or experienced to come through and try it out for yourself you definitely won’t leave disappointed, maybe just abit sore though haha

If you’re serious about training, 98 Canberra is the real deal. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear this place isn’t about fluff — it’s about results. The equipment is top-tier, perfectly suited for powerlifting, Olympic lifting, CrossFit, and functional training. No gimmicks, no distractions — just a hardcore environment built for progress. The coaching staff? Next level. Every coach is not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in your growth. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just getting started, they meet you where you are and push you past your limits — safely and effectively. Expect personalized feedback, smart programming, and a whole lot of encouragement. What really sets 98 apart is the community. There’s an unspoken energy here — people support each other, celebrate PRs together, and grind through the tough workouts as a team. It’s competitive in the best way, and motivating as hell. Whether you’re training for performance, aesthetics, or overall health, 98 Canberra will take you there. You don’t just get stronger — you level up in every sense of the word. Highly recommend. Just be ready to work. 💪

98 Gym Canberra sets the standard for what proper class based strength and conditioning should look like. Every session is structured, purposeful, and backed by tangible results. You’re not just turning up and sweating; you’re actually progressing week by week with real, measurable improvements in strength, conditioning, and performance. What really stands out is the culture — supportive, hard-working, and welcoming no matter your level. The coaches and members alike push you to be your best without any ego. It’s the perfect blend of professionalism, intensity, and fun. I’ve seen places like HIIT Republic, The Yard, and F45, but 98 Gym Canberra is on a completely different level — the programming, coaching quality, and culture simply aren’t comparable. It’s a genuine performance gym that delivers real training, not just a workout. If you want elite-level programming, great people, and a culture that keeps you accountable, 98 Gym Canberra is unbeatable.
